Burning Passion’s Promise

Burning Passion is dedicated to hooking you up with the highest quality fire gear. We want you to be fully satisfied therefore we have put some incredible policies in place to ensure that you are happy with your order.
Our fire gear comes with a 1 year warranty. We will repair or replace the prop if necessary. We accept returns for unused fire gear within 90 days. Many of our products qualify for a refund under our 90 day return policy. Please note there are a few items that do not qualify for a return and are boldly stated as such in the product description. We offer a longer return policy than any other online fire gear vendors. We promise that we will do our best to ensure that you will be 100% satisfied with your order.


A lot of hard work and thought is put into every single fire prop that we build. We experience an elevated euphoric feeling for every person that we make happy with our gear! We are excited to announce that all of our fire gear has a 1 year warranty. This warranty protects you from manufacturers’ defects, for a year, from the date your gear was delivered to your door. We will either repair your defective product and pay for the shipping or replace the product altogether. However, if the product needs to be replaced, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product back to us so we can determine the problem. We will ship the new product back free of charge. Do not ship anything without contacting us first to make arrangements for the use of the warranty. The 1 year warranty covers any defects within the product whether it be the hardware, chain, finger grips, rigging material, etc.

There is only one thing that is not covered under the warranty:
Wick- We use high quality wick material on our fire gear that is built to withstand many burns. Yet, the wick is the part of the fire prop that will degrade over time from burns and we do not have any way of knowing how you will treat your wicks. You can prevent degradation through taking good care of your gear. The fuel is consumed during the first 75% of the burn, while the wick will take more damage as the flame turns to a blue color. You can extend the life of your wick by extinguishing your fire prop early, rather than spinning until the flame goes out. Also, the wick can be preserved by covering it for unlit practice, and by avoiding such moves as kicks, rolling the wick on the ground, or any other moves that will aggravate the material. If your fire gear needs to be rewicked then you may contact us to rewick it for you or you can purchase new wick to do it yourself.

Please note that this warranty only covers our fire dancing equipment (fire props that can be set on fire). For all other products please refer below.

General Returns

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order so we offer a 90 day return policy from the day you receive your order. Our 90 day return policy is longer than any policy offered by online fire gear vendors! This return policy covers almost every product we sell including fire gear. Once the 90 day return policy has expired for fire gear you will no longer qualify for a return, but there will be an additional 9 months of your fire gear being under warranty. However, there ARE a few items which ARE NOT included on the return policy! The items that do not qualify for a return are boldly stated in the product description.

We do not do returns on any raw wick material, even if it is unused. We charge so close to cost for our wick that there are no returns for wick.

To get your return or refund please contact us immediately at or at 480-203-6552 Upon confirmation that the return is good to go, we will have you ship it to us.

For products found with a manufacturer’s defect a full refund may be issued. You MUST contact us within 7 days of receiving your order obtain a refund for shipping! If you do not contact us within 7 days you will still qualify for the refund for your order, but not for the shipping charges. Rather than getting a refund, we can send a replacement free of shipping charges or give you store credit equaling the amount to your order. We may ask that you either take pictures of the defective product or ship the defective product back to us for inspection. In this case, we will pay for shipping.

For unopened or unused products we offer a full refund or store credit equal to the value of your order. There is no restocking fee involved, but you are responsible for the shipping costs. The order must be returned in the same condition as you received it.

We will work to the best of our ability to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to obtain a refund for products purchased within 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order please call 480-203-6552 or e-mail us at immediately. If the package is not shipped we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the package has already been shipped then you are responsible for shipping it back to us, unopened, and in the original packaging to receive the full refund. Regretfully, we will not be able to refund your shipping cost in this circumstance.
